Well, where do I start? What a find, its a gem for sure! I have to start with the staff, because thats where it starts, with a heartfelt welcome, they can t do enough for you, friendly, polite, helpful, doesn t do them justice really. Ideal if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle of the centre but a nice walk in when you want it or a short bus ride for 50baht.
The rooms were very clean, spacious enough, everything you need.
Breakfast was fine, like most others.
The pool was a good size, and I don t think the pictures on sawadee do it justice.
And definitely the best end of the beach by a mile.
This hotel provides exactly what it says Luxury Budget .

What can I say, we booked 4 hotels through Sawadee for this trip, 4 out of 4, perfect! Thankyou again x

The beach here is so much cleaner and nicer than the main part of chaweng and a hell of a lot quieter .The breakfast is average but OK still. The rooms are modern and well maintained and very clean.We enjoyed our stay here but it is about a 15min walk to the center of chaweng.Not a problem if you enjoy walking,or hire a scooter.its only 50 baht to get the truck into town anyway if u cant be stuffed.I would stay here again....

We liked the hotel very much. It was a good hotel with a good service all over where we cam.
We will use Samui First House Hotel again.
Very good beach,good thai food,nich family room.We are a family on 5 persons but we were missing a dvd player for the kids, that was all we were missing on Samui First House Hotel.
Thank you for now and I hope to be back next year.

located just outside from the center of chaweng in a quite position has the most beautiful beach of the island. Ask for deluxe room that are located in the main building. The staff is always very kind and lovely. The restaurant is really good and cheap.

very good hotel in the beginning of the chaweng noi beach, water is clear the beach is fine but there are a lot of peole there in high season.
The hotel itself has standard rooms (just for sleeping but still enough space) and superior rooms (very much space), The pool is nice service is perfect.Have a nice trip

great place to stay. close to the beach, massages, restaurants, shopping, and bars. staff was very friendly and eager to help. only complaint (if you could call it that)was the small room size. overall, it was a good stay.

Rooms were nice but the bathroom was not so great. We enjoyed the close vacinity to the beach and the service at the hotel was good.

very clean, well run hotel. it is a bit away from chaweng s main beach and the shopping strip. a taxi is definately needed to get to chawengs main area.
