Baan Family Resort, Lamai Beach
room was pretty OK (big and clean).
We booked within breakfast but they charched us for another 50 THB. Pool is small and needs to cleaned up urgently. Beach closed due to construction working.

Got there the room was dirty and not to the standard we were led to belive and the pictures on the internet. There was nothing near by to do in the evenings.We did not even stay there, we requested the refund of the deposit and and found another hotel. Will not recommend to anybody.

This resort is very neat and clean, and the staff helpful,however we were disapointed when we arrived to find the delux bungalows looked straight on to the back of the main resort, our view was of a brick wall and the air conditioning units, also the beach located at the end of the path is filthy with rubbish and broken bottles.

Very idyllic setting, friendly people and clean and comfortable rooms. Excellently located between Lamai and Chaweng. Lovely pool, beach. For a relaxing time rather than a party but pick ups regularly pass the road end for all the night life in the towns. Would recommend to anyone seeking peace and tranquility!

This is by far the best hotel I ve ever stayed at. Friendly staff and clean beautiful rooms. They made you feel like part of their family. I will definately return one day!

As always Sawadee lived up to all our expactations and never disappointed us. If there were ever a problem they solved it straight away.
